I had already tried reducing the size and tried a few other formatting ideas but nothing was working. I don't know if this is a problem with every post containing an applet or just the first post of a thread or what -- I haven't really noticed it before. But, you can see the whole "table" for that one post is running past the edge of the screen -- you can tell by how you can't really see the "reply" link at the top like you can for all the other posts. At least that's what's happening on the two computers I tried it on. Shouldn't really matter, I just thought it was odd.

So far I've had the luxury of playing P1 in all games.
zoeyk, perhaps it is time for you to have the feeling of being in the driver's seat. If you would like to analysis a variation with you as P1, then I will try 1) ... N8. Depending on your 2nd move, I will likely need a some time to decide on a plan. Are you up for that?

zoeyk, the only thing is that I have this deadline of May 15 to finish up a current project, in which many people are counting on me. At this moment, I like being able to tune into one or two games on occasion to clear my mind, but more than that is too distracting.
How about we start one game with me playing 1) ... N8, and then we can start several more after May 15? I might need to take time on my 2nd move there as is (after seeing yours).
Also, did you want to try 4) ... M10 in GAME 3 ?
BTW, regarding the current GAME 3, we can leave the current position as the final position, but can you or up2ng please write some kind of conclusion so that viewers understand that the game has ended, and why? Something like, "Black resigns at this point seeing that white will win on captures in the nick of time."
up2ng and zoeyk, also, one minor issue: Can you guys please sign these diagram captions so that the viewer realizes who is talking?
(Apologies for my micro-managing, it's just my game designer detailing coming out

i hope up2ng can do it, im a slow typer
at some point, i will make a list of opening diagrams, and will let you pick one that you would like to face as P1.
game 3 M10 move? ok we can do that. and for my second vs your P2's N8 opening i will let you chose from a list of 2, i would had included K14 in the list, but its just not my style at the moment.
N11 <-my previous move or N12 <-my current move

zoeyk or up2ng,
Actually, if it is okay with you, I have a different direction that I would like to test with me as P2.
Your play in GAME 2 has given me an idea. Probably won't work, but interesting. Would zoeyk (or up2ng) be willing to play the white side of 1) K10, M10 2) G10 ?
You might have a different preferred 2nd move against M10, but G10 I think is considered the most popular test. I have an idea here for P2. We can later try a different 2nd move for white.
So if you are up for it, the opening, with you to move, is:

well, G10 is not my preferred move. my current move is G11 or G9 (same just mirrored). so long as readers understand this i have no problem with trying G10 . O9? ok, my response is K12, i presume you make the 3, or not, then proceed to move on the 9 line. either that or a interference move on the 10 line.
