Unable to save changes when uploading new .jpg in Profile

Able to select the file and see the upload but after clicking Save get an error:
This site can?t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

The error messages I'm seeing are also confusing, is the image 1024x1024 or less?

I just tried to upload a jpp that I had previoulsly set on my profile. No go

I'm also seeing unexpected end of stream errors.
