Vic, He has been messaged long ago.... Feel free to private message him. On the 28th, if he does not show, do not play him. He will be considered kicked from the tourney.

No, 28th is his dead line. but the tourney will extend for some to 4th, possibly 11th. So it is theoretically possible for him to play you after 28th. If he shows after 28th asking to play, you can if you really feel like it, but you can also decline to him and you will get a free pass while he gets cut... make sense?

He does not deserve extension, because he never even once posted here.... In 3 weeks! and I messaged him... it's not fare to players such as your self.
