Well, conceding a match is always a player's right of option. That said, Have you considered playing from a public library, or possible local internet cafe? Just a thought. I'm ready to play till Feb 4th if you can attend a match, to avoid forfeit.

Libraries here frown on gaming, and I don't have a laptop for outside connection. Let's hold our match in abeyance, see if some other option arises. My primary concern is to not hold up progress of the tourney...

Ok just keep me posted if any thing changes. Others have gotten an extension to the 4th. If no change on your end by then, then it will be inputted as a loss on your end.
