Post here the dates and times you can play. Do your best to communicate with each other, and coordinate with each others various time zones.
You have until December 21st to complete a set. Preferably finish your match if possible.
If a set has been completed on time, an extension request may possibly be granted (by me), to continue needed sets towards finalizing your match. (depending on the circumstances), which is left to my discretion. (I will try to be fair, but don't push your luck.)
Try your very best to complete the match before December 21st.

Poet emailed me saying his tablet does not open this site... I told him to down load fire fox and asked if his tablet supports java. I'm waiting for reply. Jayhawk you may end up with a bye here but trying best efforts to help him play. Stay tuned.

I agree he wanted to play, and I helped him get his acct all straightened out (with rainwolf's help) just for this tournament. I'm going to send him a message and see what's up.

Round one is hereby being extended to January 7th 2016, in observation of the holidays, so that players can focus on work and family, and so that I hopefully don't have to forfeit as many players.
