The Houston pente club meets again !, yes belive it or not its here again !, same place as last year @ the spagehtti wearhouse in downtown houston july 10th saterday night from 7pm to 11pm. full bar and food, bring your pente tube and friends too, every body is welcome.

Thanks guys, but let me say that its not a real tourny, no sign up nessary, just show up and play, I am trying to build a following to the point that a real tourny would be warrented, this is the third year we have gathered to play The Houston Pente Club is not an offical name or club, but I am working on this. You can check out last years pictures in the forums at about this time last year, we will be in the same room, secound floor...

because that thread will not allways be on page 6 it is better to put a link to it,.. imagine in 10 years from now someone reads you here and goes to page 6 feeling lost and puzzled... know what i mean?

Well , the Houston Chapter of Pente was Held this weekend and sad to say we only had 4 players , Thanks to Snowhite, kekestuffins and rlawler, The 4 of us had a good time indeed, It looks like I need to go back to the drawing board and set up a real tourny with mybe a little prize or something like a trophy, True that I haven't had any time in the last 3 weeks to promote this years event due to personal reasons. rlawler thinks having a pente party at his house on the covered deck in clear lake tx in the next few months with smoked cajun bar~b~que and stuff and beer, I ve played many nights and games on this deck and I am still out about $60...yikes !
I live in houston and would have tried to schedule, just did not know about the gathering. I don't always read all the forums so am wondering is there some a more noticeable way to announce events?
