Google "promote" and "comment"

I just noticed this new feature on google search results.
I see a little up arrow and a comment link next to search results when I search for pente. You have to be logged into your google account to see it, pictured below AFTER I clicked the green promote button.
Not sure what will actually happen but if you LOVE pente.org I would encourage you to express that by adding a nice comment at google, and/or clicking the up arrow to promote the site. Maybe we can get to the #1 spot if enough people do this, I have no idea.

My understanding of this feature is that it will be primarily a personal search preference memory- in other words promotion or demotion of sites won't affect the results which others see. At some future point, preferences may be factored into global search results, but for now I think it would only affect one's own searches.
