Donor pictures auto-resized

I've heard from a number of users that they have had trouble in the past putting up a picture in their profile because their pictures are too big, and they aren't sure how to resize it themselves.
I just made a change so that pente.org will resize the picture to the correct size, so go ahead and upload any size picture and it should be automatically resized.
Once you do that, watch for your picture to flash up on the dashboard page with the other donors!

P.S. it won't resize animated gifs since that is kind of complicated, and the picture still can't be bigger than 4mb since i need to set some limits!
