New feature: Following and broadcasting

Pente.org is becoming a bit more social. I have added a social section in your profile and buttons on every player's profile that allow you to "follow" them. You can view your followers and who you're following under "Social" in "My Profile".
I have also introduced a broadcast button on the main page. This button lets you alert your followers, or friends (people who follow you back), that you want to play live games. All your recipients will receive a message and recipients with the penteLive mobile app will also receive a special notification.
You can broadcast once per hour at most.
The broadcast feature is available for subscribers only, and non-subscribers can only follow up to 5 people.

I have added ratings to that view and you can change the game for which to view them.
It's your very own personalized leader board between you, your followers, and people you follow. Players are automagically sorted when a new game is selected.
