Game database performance increase

This weekend I made a few changes to the game database to greatly increase the speed of game searches. The positions most affected are the early ones. I noticed searching for K10,L9,N10 took forever, like 90 seconds.
After a few changes to the database indexes it is almost immediate now! It added another 200 mb's of data to the database to do it, but space isn't a big issue right now.
The improvements should help all results but if you are finding some searches are taking a long time, send me the specifics and I'll take a look. One thing that I know is very slow is to search for a position and choose to only search pente.org games, don't do it I will try to fix that someday.
