kicked off, name not leaving room

2nd time in as many days i've been kicked out of the room, but my name stays in the room so when i try to log back in it doesn't let me. it's really annoying. please help.
It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.

it happens, though if it keeps happening repeatedly let me know. sometimes it takes the server a couple of minutes to realize you're no longer logged in, if your computer doesn't properly close the connection to the server.
