Who's Online problem

When ever i click on who's here it says my sister jessica9 is browsing DSG, and she is not on DSG she is doing something else and when jessica is on i says that i am on too.

Interesting, most likely its due to the fact that you both login from the same computer. DSG stores cookies on your computer with your username/encrypted password so you don't have to relogin.
For some reason DSG thinks you are both logging in, which is odd I must say, I'll try to see why that is.
