Unrated game invite

How can I send an unrated game request that will behave like a normal rated game?

That is, instead of sending 2x (1 black, 1 white) requests, how do I send only 1?

That's not possible at this time, unrated games don't come in sets. Sets were only introduced to deal with the apparent advantage white has.

That's where the second and third movement I told you about earlier would work great in the Unrated games but it would require that second move and third move would have the restrictions I showed before to explain.

That makes sense to try, but adding a whole new game is a bit too much work for benefits that are unproven for now. Thank you for suggesting it though.
