Last Move Highlight Issue and Stone Dropping Issues

I think I may have fixed the last move highlighting issue that many of you have probably experienced (the 2nd to last move was being highlighted instead of the last move). This was a hard problem to fix because it is hard to make it occur when you want to So if I'm wrong and it is still a problem let me know.
I also discovered a problem with the way I was responding to mouse clicks on the board, this was causing everyone to have problems dropping stones in some cases. The board will be much more responsive now (note that you still won't see the move until it is sent to the server and sent back which could take a second).

Thank you so much Dweebo, the last move highlight feature was often off for me and in the speed games it confused me a few times. Excellent work, as usual.
So if I'm wrong and it is still a problem let me know.
