how to add to the thread on your own..
you can select a player, and go into his/her profile, and document his/her winning white openings like i did with blaxx. if we all select a player and pitch in the project will go smooth and fast.

Here is the list of C6 players in exact order. all are 1700+ and up to highest player, blaxx.

Player Rankings for Connect6
1 blaxxx
2 zhangying
3 bonhart
4 euhuang
5 sunup
6 ondik
7 kolia
8 mmark
9 fracass
10 arczi
11 carson75
12 spifster
13 sparticus
14 richardiii
16 halo777
17 chaosu
18 wonder

Instructions for adding to the Opening collection.

here is example templet to copy n paste. just replace moves coordinants, K10 doesnt need replacing.
the bm= means black moves,..the wm= white moves...

example;
[###board]g=Connect6 bm=J9,L9 wm=K10,K8,K9 [/board]

copy n paste this one, moves i removed;
[###board]g=Connect6 bm= wm=K10, [/board]

NOTE, remove the ### from code,...i put it there so it would stay a code, if i had removed it they would had turned into boards is why.

to make the title big like i did use this;

<^^^font size=14> text here to enlarge <^^^/font size>

note; remove the ^^^ symbols,...i put it there becuase if i didnt the code would turn invisible.

This is an awesome thread zoey... I'm sure my c6 playmates will agree with me. I plan to contribute to it when I am not so consumed with professional and personal commitments.

Thank you,
Jaq

Hi Zoeyk,

Most of those do look strong -- but a single win against a moderate player doesn't convince me that it is a good opening I have downloaded about 1000 games between the only the top 10 players from brainking and littlegolem and I'm trying to compile some openings from there.... I'll try to post some kind of summary...
I have just written a first version of a C6 program, its on my Pente website, so try it out, let me know what you think. Its not very fast so don't try it on high levels, and don't try threat searches unless you have lots of time
