I haven't gone through all of these games yet, but here's my initial comment on the first one:
Call me crazy if you like, but I find Kras's response to 15.) _ G9 incredibly sexy. At first glance, I thought Scott might have missed a winning line via 17.) _ F10, but nope...

Retired from TB Pente, but still playing live games & exploring variants like D, poof and boat

I haven't played this variation much, but for some reason it really seems beatable to me! Of course, these are some very strong players you've found to demonstrate the line, so I guess this is good for white after all?

Can someone please explain to me how the last game was a win for white?

The way I see it the game would have gone:

17) J14, K13
18) L14, K13
19) M13, M14
20) M13, K16
21) L15, L16
22) L15, P10

Black wins by captures on the next move.
or if white chooses not to capture:

17) J14, K13
18) M13, M14
19) M13, N15
20) K12, M12
21) K14 or P9, P10
Black wins by captures on the next move.

What I am missing that makes it a white win?

try M14 white captures black on 18th opens white 4 black makes 4 blocking, white captures to L14,..if at any time black doesnt make a forcing 4, white can make a open 4 from the diagnal open 3 over to the right side..or if blocked white can extend then make H. i see no victory by forcing captures by black.

i think you have made error in writing the line,..
try to play out what you wrote,..white M13 twice doesnt make sence.
i see white win.

if need be ill program a board to show end game.
or you can play it out with me on a live table.

I see now. I was thinking that if white played M14 Black would play J13 and have an open four. If white extended the three black would win, but I hadn't noticed that white had a four that was being blocked be the stone at N13, forcing black to play N13 after white captures.

I also see it as a white win now, thanks for clearing that up.
