Does C6 have a (slight) P2 advantage?

I seem to win more easily as P2 than as P1 and have talked to other players who have said the same thing. Does the second player have an advantage in C6? If so, it probably comes from two things: 1. P1's first move is fixed, while P2 can play anywhere on the board. 2. P2 is the first player able to make the threats of unblocked 2 and unblocked 4 if P1 doesn't respond. P1 can't counter by ignoring P2's threats and creating a formation - 1,3,5 loses to 2,4,6. C7 might be more even (or not, who knows?) because 1,3,5,7 would win over 2,4,6. Then again, it would be more likely to end up as a drawn game than as a win for either player on a reasonably sized board and with good play on both sides.
