I double checked, and I believe there is only one capture count which fits the number of stones on the board and a black resignation due to a lost position.

Fine. I stubbornly didn't want to count them. I'll assume its something like one person has 4 caps and the other has zero? Yup still didn't count them...

There are 12 white stones and 9 black stones. It means that it is black move.
Possible capture score: 2-0; 4-2; 6-4; 8-6. But there is no white stone on K10 so we can exclude 2-0. All other scores are possible to reach in current position. I can show it if neccessary.
If 4-2 or 6-4 black has win. Only in case of 8-6 white has win and this is actual capture score because we know that black resigned.
