Slight delay in sign-up for Tournament 4

To all -
We must apologize because there has been a slight delay with the changes needed to allow sign-up for Tournament 4. There has been some confusion over how the sign-up page is going to work and it is still being worked on. We anticipate that the needed changes will be made by late tomorrow evening (Wednesday, 11/27). Please bear with us in the mean time.
There will be a 4-5 week sign-up period for this tournament, so there should be plenty of time to sign up.
