Tournament 4 update, two sections, in process!

No, we haven't forgotten about tournaments here at Dweebo's. Dweebo and a few us are currently in the final stages of planning and making large changes to the site as well as preparing for a new structure for the upcoming tournament. For the first time, the tournament will feature 2 sections! Look for more details in the near future.
In the mean time, there has been a small debate between a couple of us about the tournament format for the B-section. What we would like is to get your feedback on the proposed formats for this section.
Within a week or so, we will post a detailed description of the two formats here at the forum and will request as much feedback as possible. But...this evening I will post a small bit of information about them. All comments are welcome.
