Site crash during tournament game

I recently had a really lousy gaming experience....after at least 20 minutes of play. In a very close tournament game, and i might add very interesting. It was lost...due to site crash. Is there any way to prevent this? I understand a server can fail....but those moves can never be recovered...bummer Del

I'm sorry to hear that del, but I can find the moves of the game for you, so you could restart the game with the same moves. Obviously timers won't be the same but it can be done. Let me know if you want to do this and I'll lookup the game for you.
