Oct. tourney and other happy fun stuff

This is just a friendly shout-out to everyone who made (and is making) the Oct. Main #1 at IYT special. I believe that the final round has the potential to be the best round, top to bottom, in the history of the game!
More generally, I would like to thank all club members for their contributions to the club and to the game. Although we are less than six months old, we are already one of the largest Yahoo board games clubs! Moreover, many clubs become fairly inactive after a few months, but this one just keeps growing and posting, growing and posting . . .
And why is that, I wonder? Perhaps it is because we know that as we grow, the game grows with us. Who said Pente was dead? To me, this looks like just the beginning!
