Go beginner invitations error

When a rated go beginner invitation is accepted, the one that replaces it is non-rated. I didn't test this thoroughly though, just noticed it when I accepted a 9x9. I prefer rated to keep the ratings meaningful.

Odd, the code should not have done that, but there was another bug (that's fixed now) that may have caused this. If you can confirm it happens again in the future, let me know.
