Default timer settings and leaderboard changes

Also released on 12/25 were a few other changes (besides set-based ratings).
Leaderboard changes -Must play a rated set every week to stay on (instead of month) -Must play at least 100 rated sets to get on
Default timers -The default is now unrated games when you create a new table -The default timer is now 10 minutes w/ 5 sec incremental
There might be some other new stuff too, but I honestly don't remember. Most of the code I developed over a year ago w/ set-based changes to have people test, and didn't release it until just now.

reason for 10 minute initial timer is that i suspect the majority of players move pretty quickly and don't want a 20 minute game by default.
the 5 second incremental i added because i think incremental time is good and i feel that most players don't know about it. i'd like to encourage players to use it!
i realize that everyone has their own preference, so the next release should include code to save your preferred table settings. so once you setup a table how you like (game, timer, rated, private/public), those settings will be stored under your account, and the next time you create a table those settings will be used.

The leaderboard changes discussed earlier are now live -Must play a rated set per week to stay on leaderboard (for live games, turn-based still a month) -Must play at least 100 rated sets
The game settings (game, public/private, timers, rated) that you choose are now saved for the next time you play. So once you setup how you like a table, the next time you create a table it should be the same as before.
