Brf's St Patricks Day Tournament at Brainking

Do you have the luck of the Irish? or maybe you don't need it ? I've started a tourney for St Pady's day at Brainking and though I'd love to rival what Aaru has going on, that'd be a tough feat. I've got 64 people signed up right now though with 22 days left for additional folks to still get in before the deadline. Also I'm offering 50$ cash to the winner of the tournament (the prize money has been provided already). The time restrictions are 3 days per move (aside from weekends + vac which are allowed). If you've got a Brainking account and want to join up in what looks to be a fun and challenging round of pente, I'd love to see you across the board. Hell, even Ilurath came out of semi-retirement and is making a show of it. I believe Snut also will be signing up.
There are alot of new names I'm not familiar with and many old ones I'd like to see make a showing. I hope I get to play some of you in the tourney. Best of luck and Get signed in before March 16th!!

Appreciate all the help at pushing it out there! The update is now at 4 days left! 76 people are now signed up. All you slackers are running out of time! Get on it!! It'd be a real shame for me to have to win my 50$ back because everyone is afraid to play me

kind of early for predictions I got shackled up with Zemyljak and Ilurath as 'unrated' in my section and that's going to make my round 1 pretty damn tough. It looks like Rich and Nosovs will have a fairly easy time of it this round though. -Brf

that does not surprise me, I knew it had to be some badass. Rich doesn't lose two games very often (if at all). The next round is going to be very interesting with many unrated players looking to advance. As with any tournament though many of the sections are cruising right along but some of them are all kinds of slow. Just had Marficka time out on alot of games in my section, and I can't guarantee I'm going to win it with Zemyljak and Ilurath both unrated and right along side me. It's a good tournament! -Brf
