Who will be the #1 seed in March madness?

Currently, karlw and haijinx are neck and neck for the lead. Haijinx has more games in progress than karlw, but karlw was ahead briefly. Will a dark horse like pente_gon, ksackett or brf come out of nowhere at the finish? Place your bets, folks! Spoiler: Don't bet on me, because I'm not entering 😊

Bonus points go to the guesser who is closest to the rating score of the top seed at the moment the tourney begins.
My guess: 2925

Well, since I know how to lose games..and in fact have a pending rating hit that is not offset by my pending wins...my bet is karlw as the top seed at 2476.

Overall #1? Probably Virginia, at this point.

Oh, you mean the pente tournament. Really this is just betting on whether pente_gon enters or not. If he does: 2925. If he doesn't: 2420.

I'm betting he doesn't, but who knows. Watsu seems to know all the goings on in the pente world...

I am not going to participate this time.
1. In case of turn-based pente I feel burnt out right now and need to take longer break.
2. I don't think that single elimination is best format for pente tournement. It is going to be neverending story... (hopefully not).

My bet is 2513.

Looks like Karlw had the closest answer.
