Game timer

I accepted a game with a 1 day time limit. My opponent has gone more than 24hrs. without a move. Yet every time I check, the time shows time left for the move. I'm confused.?

btw: Thanks for having this site available to us I really enjoy it.

I refer to this article.

Every player has 10 days of extra timeout credit per year, to avoid accidental timeout. In addition to that, on weekends timeouts are automatically extended until the end of the weekend for free.

Once those 10 days are gone, the timeouts will become hard timeouts for your opponent, it will just take a while. You can view on a player's profile how much vacation they have left.

Thank you for the explanation. I should have read the rules more thoroughly.
