they have both put their actual pictures of them selves before. richard put the cat gif first before karl, to be funny, because he thought the angry cat was , well, funny.
later karlw put a pic of his actual cat, which karl is very attached to. karl had also put a alice in wonderland pic, because he loves the book, and i think was fitting as nosovs used a verse from the book to explain about pente before.
the cat pics i believe are just coincidence. although i might put a cat pic on my profile to be funny
