I can do this at Taipei time (GMT+8) 7:30am~8:30am on 4/3 & 4/4, or 8am~11am on 4/5 (on 4/5 is preferred)

OK. Taipei Time at 8:00AM on 4/5. If I am not wrong, due to DST in USA, at Pacific time zone it should be 5pm on 4/4.

oh you may be right about that. I'll show up on the hour at both 4 and 5 to be sure. There is no Daylight savings time in Taiwan, I presume?
